About Us

Rewrite Change(RC) is a youth-led nonprofit organization committed to supporting children and young people through education, awareness, and community-driven initiatives in Cameroon and beyond. We believe education is one of the most powerful tools for change. It gives children knowledge, confidence, opportunity, and hope for a better future. Across many communities in Cameroon, children and young people still face barriers such as child labor, poverty, lack of educational access, and unsafe environments that limit their ability to learn and grow. At RC, we believe that by improving access to education and raising awareness about the challenges affecting young people, we can help create safer opportunities and brighter futures for the next generation.

Why This Matters

Education is fundamental because it has the power to transform lives, create opportunities, and give children and young people hope for a better future.

Across many communities in Cameroon and beyond, barriers such as poverty, child labor, lack of educational support, and unsafe environments continue to prevent many children from reaching their full potential.

At RC, we believe that improving access to education and raising awareness about these challenges can help create safer environments, reduce child labor, encourage personal growth, and give young people the opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
